Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information is handled when you play Ball Sort Color Puzzle
(package com.sortlab.colorpuzzle). The short version: the game has no accounts, no sign-in
and no servers of its own. We do not collect your name, email, contacts, photos or precise location.
The game shows ads provided by Google AdMob, and Google processes some device data to deliver them.
1. Information stored on your device
To let you continue where you stopped, the game saves a few values only on your phone: your current and best level, the board in progress, the number of moves, remaining undos and hints, your sound and symbol settings, and simple counters used to space out ads. This data never leaves the device through the game. If Android backup is turned on in your phone settings, Android may include these values in your personal Google backup; that backup is controlled by you and Google, and we have no access to it. Uninstalling the game deletes this data.
2. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The game is free and is funded by ads: a banner, full-screen ads between some levels, ads when you return to the game, and optional rewarded ads that you choose to watch for extra undos, hints or an extra tube. Ads are served by Google AdMob. To show, measure and protect ads against fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process:
- your device's advertising ID (or a similar identifier);
- IP address, which may be used to estimate an approximate location (country or city level);
- device and app information such as model, operating system version, language and app version;
- interactions with ads (for example, views and taps) and diagnostic data about ad performance.
This data is processed by Google under its own policies. Learn more at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and in the Google Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data and we do not receive information that identifies you personally.
3. Your choices and consent
- Consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland): on first launch a consent message from Google lets you accept or refuse personalised ads. Ads are only requested after that choice. You can change it at any time in the game: Menu (⋮) → Ad privacy options.
- Advertising ID: on Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings → Google → Ads. With it deleted, ads are no longer personalised.
- Where required by law (for example in some US states), the consent message may also offer an opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information for advertising.
4. Permissions
- Internet and network state – to load ads. The game itself works offline.
- Advertising ID – used by Google AdMob as described above.
- Vibration – a short haptic tap when you move a ball.
5. Children
The game is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact us and we will help.
6. Data retention and your rights
We keep no personal data of our own, so there is nothing for us to retain or delete on our side. Data processed by Google for advertising is retained under Google's policies. Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or US state laws), you may have rights to access, delete or object to the processing of personal data. For advertising data, use the choices in section 3 or Google's tools at myaccount.google.com. You can also contact us and, in the EU, lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
7. Security
Game data stays in the app's private storage on your device. Communication between the ads SDK and Google uses encrypted connections (HTTPS).
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
