Can I sell from outside Portugal?
Yes. You run your store from anywhere: you create it, choose the products and follow every order in the dashboard and in the app. Catalogue orders are delivered to customers in mainland Portugal and peninsular Spain.
Who ships the orders?
We do. Each order is prepared and sent from our warehouse under your store's name, without our brand on the box.
How do I get paid?
With cash on delivery the customer pays the courier and the amount, minus the costs and the fee, goes to your balance in euros. You withdraw it to your IBAN and your bank converts it to your currency.
Is the store really free?
Yes. On the Free plan there is no monthly fee: you only pay a fee per order shipped (2.5%, minimum €2.50). When you sell more you can move to a paid plan and the fee drops to 1%.
Do I need to buy stock?
No. You never pay for products in advance: goods only leave the warehouse when there is an order.
What about invoices and taxes?
You sell under your own name or company, so you need to be able to invoice your sales. The rules depend on your country: check with your accountant before you start.
