Terms of use

1. The service
Kairós Sonar is an online tool that searches ads publicly running on social networks and organizes them by performance signals (time running, position, versions, the advertiser's active ads and, where available, reach in the European Union). The data is public and shown as it is available; Sonar does not show sales or guarantee results for any product or ad.
2. Account
To use Sonar you need a personal account. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for how you use the account. You may not share the account, resell access or automate requests to the service.
3. Plans and payments
Plans are prepaid: the Trial lasts 7 days and the others 30 days from payment confirmation. No plan renews automatically. Quotas (searches, reach requests and advertisers spied on) are valid only for the paid period and do not carry over. A new search uses one unit; repeating one of your own searches with results less than 24 hours old does not. Prices are those shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase, in the currency displayed.
4. Right of withdrawal
As this is a digital service that starts immediately, by paying you expressly ask for the service to begin right away and acknowledge that, once used (for example, after your first search), you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal. If you have not used the plan, you may withdraw within that period.
5. Acceptable use
The ads, images, videos and brands shown belong to their respective owners. Sonar shows them for analysis; you may not reuse them in your own ads or infringe third-party rights. Using Sonar for harassment, fraud or any illegal purpose is prohibited.
6. Availability
We do our best to keep Sonar always available and fast, but collection depends on external sources and may occasionally be slow or fail. If a search returns no results because of a fault on our side, the unit is restored.
7. Liability
The business decisions you make based on Sonar's information are yours. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit or campaign results.
8. Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms; relevant changes are announced in Sonar. Portuguese law applies, without prejudice to the rights granted to you as a consumer by the law of your country of residence. In a consumer dispute you may use the Portuguese Electronic Complaints Book (Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico) and an alternative consumer dispute resolution body.
